I usually hibernate the computer to keep the same state. Reboot it once in a week. Every time, I switch onthe system is very slow. After that everything is normal and can use any software. It has not solved this issue. Random services show up on top of Task manager when I sort by disk usage. It is not pinpointing to any specific service.

If your hdd is only rpm that could be the reason why.
