Just take your card out of your camera and insert it in the reader. Windows has a “wizard” that allows you to select what will be done with the card. Select Import Pictures and follow the prompts.

I just buy the chips, since I can’t download for several years now. My Panasonic TV still works and plays them. You know we are suppose to keep 3 copies of anything good. I have many things on zips that won’t open from years ago. I tried buying a new zip Why not buy a USB3 card reader.
