What are you trying to achieve? I thought you were trying to install software – my previous post was intended to explain how to do that. Perhaps it would be clearer if you posted a screen capture of the dialog box generated by the software you are trying to install, which I assume is the thing that is generating that The login user must be a part of Local Users and Group error message.
The requirement is that You must be a member of the local Administrators group – that just means it must be an Admin account not a Standard account.
