All other computers connected to your network that don’t host your company files are called workstations and that could be the two users. Also, I’d suggest keeping your company files on your server computer’s local hard drive.

The EULA is somewhat vague when refering to an individual and their license but in theory if a license is in the name of one individual they cannot legally allow their employee or even spouse to use the licensee computer to run QB.
