EDIT — I found the brush pack. It was installed into my older Painter installation instead of theeven though I chose Painter brush pack download.
It also installed into the Painter brushes folder inside of Painter instead of the brushes folder, thus the trouble in locating it. I exported the brush category using Painterthen reopened Painter and imported it.
